Individual Purchase
Under Turkey’s Land Protection Law, foreign nationals can obtain full ownership by purchasing a minimum of 10,000 square meters of agricultural land. After the land development process is finalized and the land’s official status is updated from "field" to "garden" in the title deed, all legal requirements are fulfilled, allowing the deed to be issued in the investor’s name. However, due to inspections and approvals by the Ministry of Agriculture, the title deed registration may take approximately 3 to 6 months to complete.
