This 92,412 square metre investment land is only 10 minutes away from Kula town centre. The land has first class soil structure and is perfect for Pistachio growth and investment. Preparation of the land will be completed in the summer of 2022 and the planting will be performed in November 2022.

It will be done using UCB1 pistachio rootstocks in the 4th year following planting, which is tissue culture production in the Pistachio garden in the first harvest expectation. This fast growing rootstock is very resistant to root diseases, so high yields are expected from the garden.The land has no access problems at any time of the year and has good electricity and water infrastructure.
