The land is located 5 minutes away from the İzmir-Ankara Road and is only a half hours away from İzmir. The actual land is in Sandal Village of Kula town. This land has a volcanic soil structure, which is very rich in vitamins and minerals.

This soil combination makes the area very suitable for Pistachio cultivation and we expect our first harvest in the 4^th year.Preparation of the land will be completed in the summer of 2022 and the planting will be performed in November 2022.
